Meditation Plan
Morning: Start your day with the breath sequence done in the class today followed by a 15 mins Shamatha Meditation practice.
Evening: Do the asana practice followed by the visualization exercise done in the class in the evening.
Instructions: Before sitting for the asana practice please make sure your last meal was consumed at least 90 mins prior. Give your body a stretch first and then come sitting down on your mat for the asana practice.
