Ankit's Philosophy..

With his profound experience in the health and wellness field, Ankit motivates you to find new ways of coming up with solutions & broader perspectives on life. Now he is here to help you understand meditation and practice only what you believe in.

Knowing him more and his teaching style..

At the age of 19, he left home and stayed in Rishikesh at different ashrams where he met Swami Chidananda Muni Ji, President, and Spiritual Head, Parmarth Niketan Ashram, Rishikesh who inspired him to undertake formal education in the field of Yoga Sciences.

Subsequently, he studied Yoga Sciences extensively at India’s Prominent Yoga Universities, Dev Sanskriti Vishwavidyalaya, Haridwar and the University of Patanjali, Patanjali Yogpeeth, Haridwar, where he did his B.Sc. and M.Sc. in Yoga Sciences, respectively. He then worked at the Indian Council of Medical Research (ICMR), Institute of Nuclear Medicine and Allied Sciences (INMAS), and Patanjali Research Institute in various Yoga Research Projects.

He is currently researching in the field of cognition and neuroscience at IIT Delhi. He is a seeker and one of the most compassionate people around. His clients keep coming back to him for more workshops and personalized coaching. He has coached senior leaders from multinational organizations to be more stress-free and improve focus. He teaches people of all ages: from young kids to aged folks helping all in improving mindfulness.

When does the session happen?

We have sessions at 7.30 AM everyday starting 20th June! We have limited seats only to ensure that everyone get time to interact with the instructor.

What about the remaining two chakras?

The third eye chakra, or Ajna & crown chakra, or Sahasrara are advanced chakra and take a long time to get activated. Hence will not be covered in this course.
